This privacy policy describes the types of personal information that we may collect and how it will be used by us to provide the services and offer the materials of the MEG Agency.

By using the MEG Agency website and its materials, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. You should know that:

  • We collect contact information when you fill out our contact/budget forms and/or download MEG Agency materials, including: your name, email address, telephone number, your title, company, employees, monthly billing range, and other similar information.

Once your contact/quote request evolves into a call with our sales team, you should be aware that these calls are made through the “RD Station CRM” software, which are stored on our servers.

We will never rent, sell or share information that personally identifies you for business purposes without your express permission. However, data relating to the characteristics and activities of the user that define their profile may be used and shared for commercial and marketing purposes.

This feature allows us to identify that you have visited our website and so Google can show our ad to you on different websites. Several third-party vendors, including Google, purchase advertising space on Internet sites. We eventually hired Google to display our ads in these spaces. To identify your visit to our website, both other third party providers and Google use cookies. You can disable Google's use of cookies by accessing the  ad preferences manager .


We use Facebook's Remarketing feature to serve ads within Facebook and Instagram. This feature allows us to identify that you have visited our website and so Facebook can display our ads for you within Facebook and Instagram. To identify your visit to our website we use cookies. If you see one of our ads on Facebook and/or Instagram and no longer want to view it, there are options in the ad to hide and not view our ads in the future.


We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. If you do not wish to receive our marketing messages or participate in our ad personalization programs, simply indicate your preference by emailing us at  or simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of all our emails.


The parties agree that the information contained in the portal, the e-mails that travel through it and the databases used by the CONTRACTING PARTY are covered by the secrecy and confidentiality clause, and the MEG Agency cannot, except in cases of order and/or request and/or judicial determination of any kind and/or order and/or request and/or determination of public authorities in order to clarify facts and/or circumstances and/or instruct ongoing investigation, inquiry and/or complaint, disclose information to third parties.

The MEG Agency will not be responsible for breaches of the aforementioned data and information resulting from acts of employees, agents or persons authorized by the CONTRACTING PARTY, nor those resulting from the criminal or irregular action of third parties ("hackers").

The data entered in the tools by the CONTRACTING PARTY will not be used by the MEG Agency for any purpose other than the faithful fulfillment of the service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term confidentiality shall not include any information that is or becomes known to the general public, that is already in the possession of the receiving party prior to its disclosure by a party or that is independently developed by the receiving party, without the use of Confidential Information.


We may share your personal information with:

  • Contract service providers who collaborate in parts of our business operations (fraud prevention, billing activities, marketing, technology services). Our agreements provide that these service providers will only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us, and not for their own benefit.

  • Companies with which we intend to merge or acquire. (If a merger occurs, we will require the newly formed entity to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used against this policy, you will receive advance notice).

  • Police authorities, government officials or other third parties when:

1. we are required to do so by subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure;

2. we need to do this to comply with the law or credit card association rules;

3. we are cooperating with an ongoing police investigation;

4. we believe in good faith that disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss or to report suspicious illegal activity.


The MEG Agency website may contain links to other websites, developed and controlled by third parties. The privacy practices of other third-party companies are not covered by this privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or the content of their website.


At any time, the MEG Agency may send you information related to your account. Since such information is important, you will not have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving it. Under no circumstances will we send you unsolicited communications regarding commercial offers or advertisements if you have chosen not to receive such information.


The user who receives communications from us via e-mail may at any time unsubscribe from such communications. To do so, just send an email to  indicating your wish to no longer receive communications or simply clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the end of each email.
